Whilst the video was watchable and I was able to read the thesis, I was unable to hear the audio, as it was non existent. Upon read the article could you please e-mail the medication to reques from my gp for the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome I have suffered for the past eight years.
It would be much appreciated and I look forward to your reply

Hi Christine,
Sorry I you could not hear the audio for the video. Are you sure the sound on your computer is working as I have not received any other emails about audio problems? I’m at least glad that you read the transcript and want to start the MP. It will be the beginning of reversing your disease and symptoms.
Here are the guidelines for Phase I of the MP which you need to show your doctor in order to start the MP. It describes what medicines to use and how to take them:

If you have questions about the guidelines or how to discuss the MP with your doctor post them at the following website:
http://www.curemyth1.org (Th1 refers to diseases caused by bacteria, hence the name). The patient advocates on the site, who are volunteers, will help you free of charge.
Best,
Amy
